RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please be advised we do not issue refunds on non-faulty items, only in-store credit, once your return item is received back at our facility. If you change your mind, that specific item doesn’t suit your body etc, we have other collections/items to choose from and find your item.
The customer will have to cover any shipping costs involved with returning the items in order to receive store credit for the value of your returned order. This means you will only receive store credit to repurchase your items for your existing order (excluding shipping) and the customer will be required to cover any costs involved to reship your goods. We are not the couriers and cannot be held liable for any costs which are incurred in using their services. All exchanges and returns will be shipped back to us in Melbourne, Australia.
If the item has been worn, washed or used in any way, your item cannot be replaced (health, hygiene standards and wear and tear).
Our policy lasts 7 days after purchase is received. If 7 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return (in-store credit only), your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with tags and labels.
If the returns item fails this test, they will be returned back to you.
Returns (in-store credit) and exchanges (change of items) will take place once we receive the original package from purchaser safely, undamaged and eligible (above terms).
Returns (in-store credit) can take up to 7 days to process, so don’t be alarmed if you’ve tracked your return as delivered but haven’t heard from us yet.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns (in-store credit) will not include shipping costs.
