Love the pattern on these tights and are 100% squat proof. I am a S-M sizing so got a medium just in case and find the material a little tighter around the waist. You could easily go up a size as they are more firm around the waistband. I still love these tights

They have got to be my all time fav leggings! The material is beautiful, their the perfect thickness, very comfy on and love the pattern!
