We hope you love your new Evolve Products just as much as we do. However, we have a Returns Policy in place if you are not 100% satisfied with your Items. 
Our policy lasts 7 days after purchase is received. If 7 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 To be eligible for a return:
  • Item/s must be unused, unwashed, and in excellent condition.
  • Garments with distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear or covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted.
  • All tags must still be attached.
  • Items which are outside our 7 day return period cannot be returned. If you have any further queries, please contact our team.
 
All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken. If the item being returned does not comply with our standards as mentioned above, the customer will be contacted. 
Please note, we do not issue refunds on non-faulty items, only a store credit will be provided once your returned item/s is/are received back at our warehouse.
You can then use this credit note to either repurchase your item/s in the desired size, or choose something completely different from our website. A store credit will not include shipping costs. There is no expiry date on store credit codes, however they must be used in one transaction.
 
If your item is faulty, and you are after a refund, please email our customer service team at contact.us@evolveapparel.com.au for these types of returns.
 
Here are a couple of quick points on how an item is deemed faulty or not acceptable quality:
  • There is a manufacturing fault… Of course.
  • The product has been damaged during transit… Not your fault!
  • It is significantly different from the description or image... It has three arm holes!
  • General wear and tear over time, damage caused by incorrect washing, neglect or misuse is not considered a manufacturing fault. However if you are unsure about anything, simply send us an email and we will be happy to help.
